I had so many problems with both Walgreens and King Soopers in reunion and my Dr. recommended Platte Valley Pharmacy. Best decision ever. The staff is kind, helpful, and take time to answer any questions I have. They actually answer the phone where at Kings I was on hold for 45 minutes on several occasions. They had a medication in stock that the other pharmacy said was discontinued. I was told a week later after they told me it would be in the next orded. You will not regret choosing Platte Valley Pharmacy

I have been using Kings and it's been a mess with every prescription. I will be moving all prescriptions here! I called to ask about a prescription that was just called in because Kings didn't carry it (they didn't even bother to call and let me know, just informed me when I picked up my other prescription). The lady that answered the phone was super sweet and informed me that they did have it and it would be ready in 5 minutes. For a prescription that was literally just sent over they got it ready super fast. Kings never had mine ready even if we came in the next day I was always told "it'll be 20 minutes". I'm blown away by how quickly you filled it and how friendly your pharmacy employees are.

This is a great pharmacy. A lot of the prices I have found for over the counter medications are cheaper than CVS/Walgreens/Target. They have been friendly and efficient with filling prescriptions. If they do not have something on the shelves they are happy to order for you.

I just love Platte Valley Pharmacy. The staff is very freindly. They always answer questions for me, make sure I under stand the medicine we are on. I alway find something else to buy when I am there.

Best Pharmacy around! They are a small business and truly caring and good people ♡♡♡♡ Love them!!! Even though not 24 hours the relationships here are worth it!!!

Great pharmacy!!! They are always helpful and pick up the phone promptly. They also have medications readily available, when many other pharmacies are out of stock for weeks.

Always great place to get my medications and they answer all my questions. I really like Tom. He's a great pharmacist and I believe he is the owner. Yeah, they're are other pharmacists that are working there and they are also very nice and helpful

Best pharmacy around! I've been going for almost two years after switching from Walgreens and have yet to have a less than stellar experience. Refills are very quick. The staff is fantastic; very polite and knowledgeable. Hardly ever have to wait more than a few minutes in line, and when I get to the counter they often have my prescriptions ready to go. Highly recommended!

Platte Valley Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever experienced. I just had an incredibly painful surgery and the doctor's office forgot to send in a prescription for pain management. I'm on day three and the nerve block has worn off. I was just in tears, I was in so much pain. The pharmacy staff could tell I was hurting, and acted quickly and took down the name of the doctor and office number and called them. They had already closed, so they advised me to call their on call doctor. I did, and he quickly sent in the order. Within two minutes of hanging up with my doctor the pharmacy was calling me to let me know that they were processing it immediately. Within 10 minutes, they had my prescription ready and waiting for my husband to pick up. They are an incredible team, and they truly care about their are customers and patients. I have never received this service from Walgreens, or any other pharmacy. I really like the fact that they're open till 6 pm, which gives me, a late worker, the ability to pick up my prescriptions when I'm done with work. Thank you for all you do!
